JOSKI FINANCIAL · FEES & SERVICES

Financial planning for real life.
Investment management to support it.

Financial planning comes first. We combine personal financial guidance with efficient investment management technology to help you make informed decisions and keep your investments aligned with your goals.

Investment management fees

Our annual advisory fee uses progressive tiers. Each rate applies only to the portion of your managed assets within that tier.

First $250,0000.75%
Next $250,0000.65%
Next $500,0000.55%
Above $1 million0.35%

For example, a $500,000 managed portfolio would have an illustrative annual advisory fee of $3,500, or 0.70% of assets. Actual fees depend on account values and billing terms.

Standard fees and flexibility

The rates shown are Joski Financial’s standard advisory fee schedule. Fees may be negotiated based on household assets, the scope of services, and individual circumstances. All fees are agreed upon in writing before services begin.

What about other investment costs?

Our advisory fee covers Joski Financial's investment management services, including third-party portfolio management services that we elect to pay for. Investments may still have underlying ETF, mutual fund, or alternative investment expenses, along with other applicable account charges. We explain material costs and services before you engage us.

Specific services, fees, and billing arrangements are governed by your advisory agreement and Joski Financial's Form ADV. This page is informational and does not constitute an offer or guarantee of investment results.

Insurance services & compensation

Insurance products may be offered separately through Joski Insurance, a separate insurance agency. Insurance companies generally pay commissions on insurance products sold. If Joski Financial personnel receive or otherwise benefit from those commissions, this creates a potential conflict of interest because the compensation may provide an incentive to recommend an insurance product.

Clients are not required to purchase insurance through Joski Insurance to receive investment advisory services from Joski Financial. For more information about our insurance activities, compensation, and conflicts of interest, please review Joski Financial’s Form ADV Part 2A and your advisory agreement.

Insurance products and services are separate from Joski Financial’s investment advisory services. Insurance compensation and the relationship between the businesses should be confirmed against the firm’s current disclosures.
